Im Mittelpunkt dieser Stunde steht das gemeinsame Hören auf einen Bilbeltext. Nach dem Lesen eines Ausschnitts nehmen wir uns Zeit für Stille: wir lassen den Text zunächst auf uns wirken und fragen, was er mit unserem Leben heute zu tun hat. Anschliessend gibt es die Möglichkeit, Gedanken und Eindrücke miteinander zu teilen. Verschiedene Perspektiven dürfen und sollen bewusst nebeneinanderstehen und sich gegenseitig bereichern. Denn "am Ende zählt nicht, wie du durch die Bibel gehst, sondern wie die Bibel durch dich geht." (D. Burdick)

You are warmly invited to an hour where we want to prayerfully listen to a biblical text. After reading a (short) chapter from the Bibel, we`ll take some time for silence: we first allow the text to sink in and ask ourselves what it means for our lives today. Afterwards, there is an opportunity to share our thoughts and impressions with one another. Different perspectives can and should consciously coexist and enrich one another. For ‘in the end, what matters is not how you go through the Bible, but how the Bible goes through you.’ (D. Burdick)
